Along with Emirates Detainees Advocacy Centre (EDAC) and MENA Rights Group, SANID campaign is organising an online panel on 12th July 2023 under the title Arab League “Interpol.”

The event will shed light on the Arab Interior Ministers Council’s active role in arresting prominent human rights defenders in the MENA region and its transnational repression and human rights abuses. 

Speakers will include Hamad al-Shamsi, head of Emirates Detainees Advocacy Centre (EDAC), political commentator Sherif Osman, Barrister at 33 Bedford Row Haydée Dijkstal, and Falah Sayed from 
MENA Rights.
